In June of 2020, Brandy Grabinski became President of the business and is responsible for leading the establishment of business practices, company strategy, sales programs, employee development and day-to-day business operations and management. Her twenty-plus years in Hospitality have given her the knowledge and connections to excel at managing all aspects of Grabinski Group. Working in partnership with her husband, Zach, she has been instrumental in propelling the Company to new levels of growth by focusing on delivering what clients expect—completed projects that meet scheduling, budget and design requirements. Zach learned the intricacies of the Hospitality industry through hands-on experience and by developing lasting relationships. His wealth of knowledge comes from two decades of passion for the industry. Zach’s focus, commitment, and hands-on approach are evident across every facet of the business. You can often find Zach on-site, meeting clients and team members, and overseeing a project’s progress. As Principal, Zach is the company’s lead for business development and client service. He also oversees all aspects of a project—from planning and design selection to business management and installation. He takes pride in ensuring that every client is managed with care, and their expectations exceeded. Even though his Grabinski Group responsibilities require continual accessibility to clients and partners, Zach always finds time to enjoy his family and friends. CFO

Steve began working with Grabinski Group in 2010 and is currently CFO for the company. His background as an accountant and advisor for public accounting and distribution companies gives him the ideal experience to help Grabinski Group manage their fiscal health and growth. Along with a Master’s degree in Taxation, Steve possess a deep knowledge of business operations. When he’s not thinking about financial strategies for the company, Steve enjoys traveling and hiking in National Parks with his wife and young son. Director of Sales

Kaitlyn has been with Grabinski Group since 2014 and is now Director of Sales, leading sales and client service initiatives for the company. Her natural abilities to supervise people and manage complex projects have earned her respect throughout the hospitality industry. Kaitlyn is a key player in growing the business and delivering excellent service to clients and partners. Ryan comes to Grabinski Group with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His experience working with hotel property management, including procurement, make him a vital part of the Grabinski Group project management and sales team. As Project Manager, Ryan ensures that all elements of a project are skillfully executed and delivered on time, to exacting specifications. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, and relaxing while watching sports.

Sales Project Manager

Jesse comes to Grabinski Group with over 13 years of sales and customer service experience with an emphasis in marketing and finance. While his experience is impressive, we love him most for his enthusiasm and dedication to developing meaningful and lasting relationships with our partners and clients. Jesse helps us grow our business by meticulously taking care of our valued customers and flawlessly supporting the brands we represent. Jesse speaks fluent Spanish and basic Portuguese and when he’s not with his Grabinski Group cohorts he’s exploring Chicago with his golden retriever, Milan. Ashley joins Grabinski Group with 12+ years of experience in the construction industry. She specializes in Project Accounting and Contract Compliance. Ashley’s expertise is in the financial management of Grabinski Group’s projects and providing support to the sales team and vendors. In her off time, Ashley enjoys traveling, and exploring Chicago’s restaurants, parks and neighborhoods with her family.

Office Manager

Juliana is organized, energetic and keenly focused on customer satisfaction. That’s what makes her such a good fit for Grabinski Group. She has extensive customer service, social media and administrative experience, and as our Office Manager, she supports the Grabinski Group staff both on and off-site. While also serving as the first point-of-contact for our clients and partners, Juliana makes sure any questions or concerns are directed to the right team member, and that all requests are dealt with in a timely manner. It’s a talent we count on and appreciate! Chief Morale Officer

Teddy has an important role as Grabinski Group’s Chief Morale Officer — and he takes it seriously. Teddy roams the halls making sure everyone is happy and motivated. A head butt to the shin or an encouraging woof woof is sometimes required to boost the morale of the team. He loves hugs and is always at the ready to don a slobbery smile. His office cohorts appreciate his efforts.
